ELEGANZA II

1978 ELEGANZA II, 26'

Parked since 2000. Owner's son's description follows:
Last week we started the engine, it seems to run smooth. We jacked up the front end and verified that the wheels turn when transmission is in drive. We checked the brakes by trying to turn the wheel with the stock 3 ft. lug wrech. It appears that all brakes work. We checked the headlights and emergency flashers and they work also. It has two flat tires and flat spare so we were not able to drive it. One airbag is blown but he has a new replacement.

Onan runs but needs fuel line replaced and wiring for the shut-off valve. (mice chewed them).

I believe it can be made road worthy relatively easily. He had the transmission rebuilt about 2000 miles ago. It needs tires and engine vacuum lines (mice again).

As far as the interior, it needs a headliner, new curtains and there are some stains on the upholstery but no rips or tears. Mice have gotten inside at one point so it needs a thorough cleaning also.

Exterior is clean, and complete except that the one panel which covers the right side airbag is missing. Roof apears to be in good shape but it needs new vent covers.
